AnyX also enables users to manage and synchronize orders and product details across linked e-commerce platforms to improve operational efficiency. In addition, recent integrations mean that users can also leverage on functions for customer engagement and conversational commerce through built-in CRM capabilities connected to LINE and Instagram Messenger.
