AnyMind Group links Tokopedia and Zozotown to AnyX
The moves come as the company looks to start expanding its e-commerce capabilities in Southeast Asia and strengthen its foothold in Japan

Singapore – 2 March 2023 – AnyMind Group, an end-to-end commerce enablement company, has today announced that its e-commerce management platform, AnyX, is now connected to Tokopedia and Zozotown, providing AnyX users with the ability to analyze and optimize their digital commerce and operations on these channels by leveraging on consolidated and drilled-down store and product metrics along with all other connected e-commerce platforms.

AnyX is already connected to a range of platforms and channels in the digital commerce space including e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, Rakuten, Yahoo! Japan Shopping, brand stores through Shopify, and social commerce through TikTok Shop.

With Tokopedia being one of the largest e-commerce marketplaces in Indonesia, and the top brand that consumers in Indonesia would recommend to a friend or colleague, and Zozotown being Japan’s top e-commerce marketplace for fashion brands, AnyX users can now operate, track and analyze across the top digital commerce platforms in Southeast Asia and Japan through a single platform.

The decision to connect Tokopedia and Zozotown was made as the company looks to start expanding its capabilities to serve the e-commerce space in Indonesia and Southeast Asia, and strengthen its foothold in Japan.

AnyX also enables users to manage and synchronize orders and product details across linked e-commerce platforms to improve operational efficiency. In addition, recent integrations mean that users can also leverage on functions for customer engagement and conversational commerce through built-in CRM capabilities connected to LINE and Instagram Messenger. In Japan, AnyX provides users the ability to manage logistics functions through the platform as well.
